A solution for the odd-sized 20″ round forming tube, consisting of a standard orange 24″ BOLT STAR (024-00403), 1 set of red Square Form Adaptors (004-00422), and fastening hardware. BOLT STAR parts and Square Adaptors snap together then get fastened to top of H-frame bracing the 20-inch forming tube. H-frame must be raised and mounted flush with upper edge or rim of the form. Accepts up to 1″ diameter anchor bolts. Tool can be used for 7″ to 14″ bolt circle or 5″ to 10″ bolt square patterns. Made in the USA. (Bolts, wood H-frame and forming tube not included.)
